Chapter 01Lavender walls, purple tables

Salon

Four groomers work the room, Tuesday to Saturday. Drop-off blocks start at 8:00 and the last one is 2:30.

Chapter 02Four groomers

Chapter 03Puppies, seniors, nervous dogs

First

The first visit sets the tone. Puppies get a short, gentle groom. Seniors and nervous dogs get a slower pace.

Under six months, the first groom is short and gentle: a bath, a dry, nails, and a trim around the face and feet.
